We envision a society in which every child (prenatal to 21 years) in Connecticut who is facing a complex, serious illness, or potentially life-limiting diagnosis, has access to compassionate, family-centered, holistic palliative and hospice care that supports their physical, psychosocial, and spiritual well-being throughout all phases and transitions in care.
